This longer trail (14.5 miles) begins at Lenham Station and winds through meadows, woodlands, and villages en route to Ashford. Highlights include Lenham Heath, Little Chart, and the Hothfield Heathlands Nature Reserve.
Detling to Lenham
A 9.2-mile route through the North Downs, passing Thurnham Castle ruins, White Horse Wood Country Park, and the Hucking Estate, known for its bluebells in spring. The walk finishes in Lenham, making the Dog and Bear a perfect place to stop for refreshments or an overnight stay
